How long does delivery typically take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. We also offer a 'Choose Your Day' delivery service at checkout, allowing you to select a specific date that suits your schedule.
Do you offer professional installation services?
UK Flooring Direct is a product supplier and does not provide direct installation. However, we provide comprehensive installation guides for all our products and recommend hiring a professional floor fitter for the best results.
What is your return policy for unused packs?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and undamaged packs of flooring. Please note that a collection fee may apply, and the items must be in their original packaging.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is a priority for us. The majority of our wood and laminate products are FSC or PEFC certified, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests.
