Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via our online portal or email within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Flooring

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Arrange Collection

  Choose between using our discounted specialist courier collection service or arranging your own transport to our central distribution hub.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
